How does Test & Validation probes work?
Multi-Medix inspect and test, utilising FirstCall aPerio™ aapparatus. All test and validation
comes with a comprehensive report detailing condition, performance, and electrical leakage.

How often is routine QA required?
IPEM Report 102 – Quality Assurance of Ultrasound imaging Systems recommends at 6 monthly intervals,
however other factors may require this to alter. ISAS standards also expects departments to implement user QA, including daily and weekly activity.
How do I access the Probe Pool?
Simply contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page, with your requested loan probe, and we will ship it to you for
next day delivery, dependent on availability.
How does the Probe Pool work?
Simply confirm your requirement, then on receipt of an order we will ship the probe within 24 hours, for
the agreed loan period.
Why should I choose Multi- Medix for my repairs?
Multi-Medix is completely independent and has an ISO 13485:2016 compliant quality system, and utilises FirstCall aPerio™ test apparatus to assess probes, pre and post repair.
Whilst my probe is being repaired, how do I receive a loan probe?
Simply confirm your requirement for a loan probe when you book your repair, then on receipt
of an order we will ship the loan probe within 24 hours.
How long do the repairs take?
The majority of repairs will be completed within 7 days, however more complex repairs may take longer.
We will indicate a time frame for repair as part of your evaluation, within 24 hours of receiving your probe.
How do I book a repair?

Will I get updates on repair progress?
Do I receive any test results for repaired probes?
Yes – all repaired probes come with a comprehensive report detailing condition, performance, and
electrical leakage safety.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
We offer a 180 day warranty from the date of repair.
