New Phased Array Transducer Uniformity Test
Multi-Medix supported research has resulted in a new phased array transducer uniformity test; ‘A simple uniformity test for ultrasound phased arrays’ by N Dudley and D Woolley is published in the European Journal of Medical Physics ‘Physica Medica’.
The simple test, which utilising M-Mode, can easily be added to existing practice, and can identify non-functioning elements in the transducer array.
